From Here to Care - NGO Partnership Program
Purpose
- Support NGOs, charities, and humanitarian organizations by providing safe, accessible travel health services for their staff and volunteers.
- Provide a 20% contribution from every consultation fee directly to the partnering NGO.
Who's Eligible
- Registered NGOs or charitable organizations with staff/volunteers traveling internationally.
- 50+ travelers per year (flexible for high-impact missions)
- Includes humanitarian aid groups, volunteer organizations, student travel programs, and medical supply missions.
How It Works
- Partnership Agreement | Virtual Travel Clinic creates a custom promo code for your NGO
- Travelers Book Consultation | Staff/volunteers use the promo code when booking on VirtualTravelClinic.ca
- Care Provided | Travelers receive travel health consultations by Virtual Travel Clinic’s travel medicine team, vaccine prescriptions sent to a nearby pharmacy
- 20% Contribution to NGO | Virtual Travel Clinic tracks all bookings under the NGO code and contributes 20% of consultation fees back to the NGO
