  • Same level of care: It should include a virtual consult with a licensed doctor or nurse, personalized vaccine recommendations, and follow-up support, just like we offer.
  • Same type of appointment: Whether it’s a general travel consult, yellow fever, malaria, or a comprehensive pre-travel visit – we’ll match if it’s the same kind of service.
  • Canadian providers only: The clinic needs to be based in Canada and licensed to provide online travel health services.
  • Price must be visible: Either listed on their website or something they’ve quoted you in writing.
